Tim Warden

Helping individuals and couples navigate trauma, relationship difficulties and complex emotional challenges, with honesty, expertise and genuine warmth.

About Tim

Tim has clinical experience across community and public mental health settings, including schools, hospitals, and community services. His work spans the full lifespan, addressing both acute and chronic mental health conditions.

Tim focuses on examining how early experiences influence current behaviors and emphasises building self-compassion and coping resilience. He takes a warm and curious approach, prioritising a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their difficulties, and collaboratively identify and strengthen ways of better coping.
