About Samina

Samina is a Senior Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience in mental health for all age groups. She implements evidence-based interventions tailored to individual needs, drawing on her work with adults, couples, children, and families.

Her primary goal is to help clients discover their inner resourcefulness to navigate life's challenges.

Samina also supervises students in field placements, postgraduate degree completion, and clinical endorsement programs (5+1 and registrar tracks). She uses reflective practice and trauma-focused CBT, emphasising case conceptualisation, treatment planning, and outcome monitoring.
