About Rajesh
Rajesh is a Clinical Psychology Registrar who brings an engaging, thoughtful and down-to-earth approach to his work. He works with adolescents, adults and couples, supporting people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, neurodivergence, emotional regulation difficulties and workplace pressures.
His approach is collaborative, practical and evidence-based. Rajesh helps clients develop a clearer understanding of the experiences and patterns that may be contributing to their current difficulties, while building strategies that can translate into meaningful change in everyday life. He tailors therapy to the individual, drawing on each person's strengths, circumstances and goals.
Rajesh has particular interests in ADHD and Autism, psychological assessment, relationships and couples therapy. He also brings a strong understanding of workplace and leadership pressures from his previous career in senior leadership and consulting, which informs his work with people navigating workplace stress, role transitions, executive functioning difficulties and complex interpersonal demands.
Alongside therapy, Rajesh provides comprehensive ADHD, Autism, cognitive and learning assessments. His assessment approach integrates clinical interviews, developmental history, psychometric testing and information from relevant people in the client's life to develop a clear understanding of strengths, difficulties and support needs.
