Paige Lee is a psychologist with experience across school and private practice settings. She works with clients across the lifespan, from early childhood through adulthood, presenting with diverse clinical presentations.

Paige uses evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques, customised to individual client requirements.

She maintains a warm and engaging style and prioritises authentic, collaborative relationships, establishing secure environments for clients to examine their experiences and thought processes. Her goal is enabling clients to develop skills to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
