Pre-Emptive Healthcare is developing a selected network of established independent psychology, mental-health and allied-health practices. Together we can respond to workplace, EAP and government opportunities that need broader coverage, capacity or specialist expertise than any one boutique practice can offer alone, while every participating practice stays independent.
Pre-Emptive Healthcare is a multidisciplinary mental-health clinic in Balwyn North, with Clinical Psychologists, Registered Psychologists, Consultant Psychiatrists and a dietitian. We are developing a selected Clinical Partner Network of established independent practices whose standards of care complement our own.
The purpose of the network is to combine the strengths of reputable independent practices when an organisational or government contract requires broader geographic coverage, clinical capacity, specialist expertise or surge capability.
If you run an independent practice, your first question is probably whether this is an attempt to absorb it. It is not. Participating organisations remain independent businesses. The network is not intended to replace the identity of participating practices or convert them into branches of Pre-Emptive Healthcare. Instead, participating organisations may collaborate on selected opportunities where combining capability creates a stronger service for clients and organisations.
You keep your ownership, your brand, your clinicians and your clients. Participation is opportunity by opportunity, never a merger by another name.
We assemble partners based on location, specialist capability and service gaps, so that together we can answer contracts no single boutique practice could take on alone.
The model is intended to keep qualified mental-health professionals and clinical governance at the centre of service delivery, not a large undifferentiated clinician panel.
We are interested in speaking with established organisations whose standards of clinical care, governance and professionalism complement our own. Potential partners may include:
Established practices with experienced registered clinicians and strong clinical leadership.
Trauma-focused services able to support critical-incident response and ongoing trauma treatment.
Practices experienced with children, teens and families, including the families of employees.
ADHD and Autism assessment and support services that extend our neurodevelopmental capability.
Specialists in workplace mental health, Manager Assist, education and reflective practice.
Dietetic, occupational therapy and other allied-health services that round out multidisciplinary care.
Clinical services with language capability and cultural expertise for diverse workforces.
Established practices that bring face-to-face coverage to regional centres and surrounding areas.
Reputable practices in other states that can provide interstate coverage for national contracts.
For selected workplace mental-health, EAP and government opportunities, Pre-Emptive Healthcare may act as the principal clinical provider and collaborate with partner organisations to extend:
Suitable for: independent clinics, specialist providers and established EAP organisations interested in supplying defined services within a broader Pre-Emptive-led solution.
We also welcome discussions with established EAP, employee-wellbeing and workplace-services organisations seeking a specialist clinical provider. Pre-Emptive may provide:
Suitable for: EAP providers and workplace-wellbeing organisations whose members or clients need specialist clinical care in Melbourne's east.
Partnership does not need to work in only one direction. Depending on the opportunity, Pre-Emptive may act as the lead organisation, a specialist clinical provider, or a collaborative delivery partner.
We are currently speaking with a small number of established clinical and workplace-service organisations about participation in the Pre-Emptive Clinical Partner Network. If your organisation shares our commitment to high-quality, evidence-based mental-health care and you would like to explore collaboration, we would welcome an introductory conversation.
We review each submission personally and will be in touch to arrange an introductory conversation. If you would like to speak sooner, call us on 03 9989 3380.
Submission of an expression of interest does not create a contractual relationship or guarantee participation in any particular opportunity. Potential partnerships are reviewed according to service requirements, clinical standards, capacity, geographic coverage and organisational fit.
If you would rather discuss the network before submitting a form, email us and we will arrange a time to talk.
