Welcome to Our New Website

We're pleased to share that Pre-Emptive Healthcare has a brand new website. Our old site served us well, but it was time for an online home that better reflects the care we provide and makes it easier for you to find what you need.

What you'll find on the new site

• Meet Our Team: every clinician now has their own profile page, so you can read about their background, approach, and areas of focus before you book.
• Find Your Clinician: a short set of questions that points you to the clinicians best suited to what you're looking for, whether that's support for yourself, your child, or your relationship.
• Service pages: detailed information about psychology, psychiatry, dietetics, social work, assessments, and more.
• FAQ and fees: answers to the questions we're asked most, all in one place.
• Online booking: most appointments can now be booked directly through our online portal. Some appointments, including psychiatry and ADHD & ASD assessments, are booked by phone so we can make sure everything is set up correctly first: just call 03 9989 3380.

Same clinic, same team

Everything else stays exactly the same. You'll still find us at 30 Doncaster Road (corner Hatfield Street), Balwyn North, and you can still reach us on 03 9989 3380 or at admin@pre-emptive.com.au.
