Samina is a Senior Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience in mental health for all age groups. She employs evidence-based interventions tailored to individual needs, drawing on her work with adults, couples, children, and families.
Specialising in trauma-informed therapy, Samina utilises Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Schema-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She also offers CBT for eating disorders and uses the Maudsley Model for Family-Based Eating Disorder Intervention. For couples facing relationship challenges, she applies the Bowen Systems Approach.
Her primary goal is to help clients discover their inner resourcefulness to navigate life’s challenges.
