Paul Neumann
Area of Practice: Clinical Psychology
Board-Approved Supervisor
Registrar Program Principal Supervisor
Paul offers collaborative and reflective supervision, drawing on extensive experience supporting provisional psychologists, registrar program individuals, and early-career clinicians. His approach is broad and flexible, tailored to the developmental needs of each supervisee rather than tied to a single therapeutic modality.
Supervision with Paul often includes diagnostic clarification, treatment planning and review, case analysis, client management, theory-to-practice integration, and professional identity development. His therapeutic background includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic approaches, and family systems work, with additional training in REBT, ACT, CAT, and schema therapy.
Paul is also the author of Master Adulting, a practical guide that explores how anxiety influences adult life and offers a clear framework for overcoming unhelpful patterns. Drawing on key psychological concepts, the book helps readers build clarity, resilience, and a more intentional approach to adulthood.
Whether you're seeking guidance as you build your clinical skills or looking to deepen your reflective practice, Paul provides a grounded and supportive space for growth.
