PAUL NEUMANN

CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST

BSc (Psych), MPsych (Clin)

Paul’s primary approach to therapy is to empower clients to make the changes they want to make by helping them better understand the dynamics underlying their condition. The better we understand who we are, and what lead us to this point, the better equipped we are to change it.

Practising since 2009, Paul has a wealth of experience in treating a variety of mental health concerns, as well as working with those looking to develop a greater understanding of themselves or their life circumstance. Trained initially in Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Psycho-dynamic therapy, and Family Systems work, he has a broad foundation from which to approach his clients therapeutic needs.

Throughout his career he has worked with a variety of population groups and presentations including: Depression, Anxiety, OCD, family and relationship issues, stress management, and adjustment disorders.

He has a particular interest in working with high functioning adults clients with complex interpersonal dynamics such as couples work, personal development, and business specific issues; Adolescents struggling with Depression, Anxiety and complex social dynamics; and those recovering from narcissistic relationships.
