DIETETICS – HELPING YOU CUT THROUGH THE NOISE OF NUTRITION ADVICE & FIND WHAT WORKS FOR YOU.
Meet our Accredited Practicing Dietitian:
Food is all around us. It’s the packed lunchbox children bring to school, the catch ups with your friends at the local restaurant, or the comfort foods you have at home when watching a movie. It fuels our body for energy and our brain for concentration. As such, a healthy, balanced diet is important to help you live every day to the fullest.

At Pre-Emptive Healthcare, we understand how overwhelming it can be to navigate the world of nutrition. With conflicting advice from the media, social media, Google, and even those around you, it’s easy to feel uncertain about what’s right for you. Our Accredited Practising Dietitian, Oscar, can provide you with expert, evidence-based guidance to help you make sense of it all and feel confident in your nutrition choices. We work together with each individual to create nutrition plans designed to support you to achieve your goals.
