Psychologist, Tim Warden, has a range of clinical experience in community and public mental health settings. He has worked in schools, hospitals, and community services, working across the lifespan, with experience in treating acute and chronic mental health challenges.

His approach is adaptable based on presentation and utilises a range of evidence-based interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). More specifically, Tim finds benefit in exploring how early experiences shape current behaviours and difficulties, and works with clients to foster self-compassion and a stronger sense of being able to effectively manage their challenges.

Tim prides himself on his warm and curious approach towards others. He seeks to foster a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their difficulties, and collaboratively identify and strengthen ways of better coping.
