Belinda is a Clinical Psychologist who has worked in both public mental health and private practice, treating clients with a variety of presenting issues and severity. Belinda uses a warm and empathic style, catering therapy to individual needs and helping clients improve their mental health and well-being and achieve their goals.

Belinda draws on a range of evidence-based treatment approaches to address the needs of her clients, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and mindfulness. By understanding the connections between symptoms, thoughts, and feelings, as well as assisting clients in recognising how past experiences and current events affect their well-being, Belinda enjoys assisting clients in developing the tools they need to move forward.
